Waleed Simba was an excellent police officer. While he was dynamic, resourceful, and instinctive, he was often kind, sympathetic, empathetic, and accommodating. Many books have been written about super-stud, karate-kicking, rule breaking cops. This book is written about me by me. A real policeman who did it right and with pride and honor. This book also deals with some sensitive issues such as some of the challenges faced by African-Americans working in a system that is not necessarily African-American friendly. This book also deals with martial arts in police work both physically and mentally.
