Suddenly, the sky cleared and the jet flew smoothlythrough the cloudless sky. The passengers were on the alert now. For the nextfew moments, the jet flew smoothly and everyone began to relax. The jetquivered again and just as fast, the quiverturned into a violent shudder. Everyone could hear the sudden silence of one ofthe engines. The jet pitched to the right, and started dipping towards earth. Thewoman across from Renee grabbed her forearm and screamed. As the jet spiraleddownwards towards earth, everyone began screaming.
