An ex ranger secretly records a meeting between our secretary of commerce and high-level Chinese officials. After mailing the tape to an FBI agent, he disappears. This starts The China Files investigation that last two and a half years. It culminates in Operation INTEGRITY, an unauthorized military mission to destroy a building in Shanghai, China holding 3, 000 files on powerful Americans. Two carrier battle groups and support forces from the Air Force and Marine aviators flying four Harriers coordinate the surprise attack. Surprisingly, the inserted SEAL team recovers President Weber's China File. Simultaneously, a civilian group has formed a company to ferret out illegal dealings between our administration and foreign governments, concentrating on China. They are successful and become the target of fifteen assassination teams from China, sent to kill them all.
