In year 1964, the Omnibus civil rights bill passedJune 29 banning discrimination in voting rights, jobs, public accommodations,etc. This bill, in effect was supposedly designed to put an end todiscrimination within our country once and for all! Has it done so so? Theanswer to the posed question is YES and NO. Now over 38 years since itsinception, it has resolved most of the problems. However, in its aftermath, ithas raised many new and additional problems. My book Reparations calls these problems to theattention of both races. For example: since 1964, our schools have deteriatedboth in academic standards as well as school drop out rates. We have see adeterioration in our family structure, more than ever before blacks are killingblacks, crime has sky-rocketed, 47 percent of our nations Prisoners are black,80% of black children are born out of wedlock and on and on. While this has been going on, it seems the blackLeadership has become, more than ever, self-motive toward personal gain. Theyhave resorted to blackmail and extortion, supposedly to help their blackbrothers. Instead we have seen, under such leadership, urban blight, dopepeddlers, civil disorder, riots, etc., while their leadership has somehow andin the same time frame, enriched themselves, their families, next of kin and soon. Now they have come up with another scheme to further enrich themselves. They will soon, if not already, be calling for REPRATIONS, TO BE PAID TO THEDECENDENTS OF AMERICAS FORMER SLAVES. How will they accomplish this obvious attempt tofurther enrich themselves by fleecing, primarily, the white race of thisnation? To achieve their goals, they will use our nations past involvement inthe slavery of their ancestors. The fact that no one in this day and age...blackor white...had anything to do with slavery is alive today does not matter.
