The papers centre on the Neolithic, Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age in Southeastern Europe Anatolia and the Levant, although for comparative purposes some look back to the Gravettian and forward as far as the Anglo-Saxons, as well as much further afield to Vietnam, for example.
