A childhood friend once described me as the kid in the neighborhood who knew more things about more things that nobody gave a s*** about than anybody he ever knew. That sums me up. I'm a wrinkled cornucopia, a collector of incidents and stories that have happened or been told to me over the years. My brain's a fruit jar, crammed with bits and pieces of lives. This book is a compilation of that debris. Funny, sometimes hilarious stories of the embarrassing debacles of my friends and myself-- in an easy to read format. In today's hectic world it s nice to have books that can be read a page or two at a time, enjoyed and laid aside until the next spare moment. That's what this little Brain Toots will do for you. Some of the stories have been printed in my column, 'The Curmudgeon's Corner' in different newspapers over a span of years, but the majority are completely new. Most are funny, some are reflective... All, to the best of my knowledge, are true.
