Bobby wound up as a co-anchor for a local television station in Washington D. C. She was a quick study who became a very important asset to the station and her boss. She meets up with a woman named Tillie right after moving to D. C. and finds out during their first meeting that Tillie worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and that they had a lot in common. In turn, Tillie introduced her to her friend Vista, who also worked in the city as a criminal attorney. The three of them got to be close friends. They each meet up with the notorious Leo Toscanelli through their work and become entangled in a medley of secrets, lies, danger and intrigue. The intensity of their jobs, and the depths in which they all had to go to get from underneath the grip of the infamous Toscanellis, was more then they each bargained for, challenging their friendship, and putting their lives in serious danger.
