Caught Between Heaven and Hell is for people who desire to grow closer to God. A Hindu spiritual leader said that we need to 'stop the nonsense of seeing God as separate and apart from it all.' Many people are searching for God; however, God's not lost; He's just a reality that can't be seen. We need to have trust and faith in God; however, the ultimate is learning to depend on God. The necessity of attaining and maintaining a physical, psychological, and spiritual balance is addressed, because whatever affects one also affects the other two. Different forms of reality, and our struggle to identify reality are discussed. Reality is not always what we see or hear. Children's concepts of reality are addressed because children love fantasy, and sometimes their fantasy becomes their reality. This might not be a good thing. There are ways to determine what's real and what isn't. This book differs from other religious books, because it's intention is to bring religions and cultures together under one God. Our humanness and lack of knowledge interferes with this. The important thing is not how we worship God, but how we love God, and depend on Him for guidance.
