When we chooseHis best he gives hope of a joyfulfuture. "I know the plans I have for you, plans for good and not forevil, to give you an expected end." Expect the miraculous! Godloves you! However, to receive God's best and miracles weinvariably are tested and tried and are put through some form of suffering andin our travels through this life, God wants us to understand that we mustendure the suffering life sometimes brings, but the mere suffering is notwhat's truly important. The important aspect is how we come out of it and what kindof people we become because of it. How do we prove that salvation has reallyset in? What fruit of the spirit do we bear? Many times when life seem to begoing fine and we're focusing on the great plans we have for a victoriousfuture, life can suddenly transform into a parade of battles, trials, andemotional struggles as if to persuade us to give up and turn in anotherdirection, just before the total victory comes. However, when we find warfareand opposition in a situation presenting an obstacle toward something we'retrying to accomplish, we must always remember that the best is yet to come ifwe'll just hold on. Some kind of warfare and opposition always surrounds thebirth of a miracle or the fact that God's best blessings are on their way to us.
