We have always been in awe of people who are successful and lead from the front.



However you will often find that, we individually have to make a continuous conscious effort in developing our skill set, by exploring resources available. There is no set course or book out there that can make you a complete leader. So much for the over-hyped and super-expensive MBA programs that just advertise their placement numbers and salaries offered and don't really focus on skills.



This series of books will touch on some aspects that help you decode your weaknesses and give an alternative way of developing a mindset, a way of re-engineering your perception to problem solving to make you a more effective leader. It also uses the B. E. S. T. approach to leadership and certain other subtle processes that help you become a better leader and an entrepreneur.
