In August, 2013, Detective Sergeant Noah Harkham's stellar career came to a violent end when devastating injuries rendered him deaf and blind on his left side. Now, nine months later, a string of attacks on rescue personnel has thrown the city of Riverdale into a panic.

When it becomes apparent that this case has its origin in one Noah worked with his former partner and best friend, Detective Alan Franks, Noah is determined to help put an end to the chaos.

Noah must overcome his disabilities to aid in the manhunt for the city's most wanted criminal - even as the attacker draws closer to those Noah and Franks hold dear.
