This short book asks a simple question: "Why do we tolerate a political system under which incompetence and dishonesty thrive?" It also gives the answer... and offers the solution. The author once stood as an Independent candidate at the 2005 general election. He describes his experience as both "Pissing into a hurricane force wind" and "Trying to fart against thunder!" Married with four children and six grandchildren he, like most of us, would like to see them inherit a nation of prosperity and integrity. He doesn't think they will unless some radical changes are made-soon. He has written two other books: Social Domestic & Pleasure and Accidental Millionaire.
