The writings in this book were dictated to my father, Colin Jones of Barry, South Wales, by his spirit guides during the last 40 years of his life. They are about natural law, God's law or karma and every day thoughts and problems and everyone should find them relevant to his or her life, whatever age or of whatever religious persuasion the reader may be. Colin Jones died on his 72nd. birthday in 2003, so it has taken me nine years to put this book together from the loose pages he gave me to work with. He was a spiritualist medium and a healer and was in constant active contact with his spirit guides, who often signed their work. In the original papers, it is easy to distinguish different styles of handwriting, as my father usually wrote them with his eyes shut. They are a fascinating insight into God's Eternal Plan and lessons on how everyone should be living their life.
