Cancer Was An Answer To A Prayer Phoebe Austin

My Doctor, the Nurses, Lab Techs and so on were helping to fight my cancer. Then one day the realization came to me that I didn't have to sit quietly while others fought for me. There were weapons that were available to me. Prayer was a very powerful weapon and I began to pray more. Finding the joy in life is another weapon and I began to smile more. I spoke to the cancer, my enemy and I told it to leave. I started to feel good inside. I started to feel a change. It wasn't so much that I was going to live or die it was the fact that I believed I was going to live, ....... and if I didn't I wasn't going to give this uninvited guest, another moment of sadness or fear. Faith stepped in and hopelessness walked out. This is my testimony about the importance of Faith in our lives.
