He holds a degree in theology from Southern MethodistUniversity and is on the faculty of the Alfred Adler Graduate School of Minnesota. Tom is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He shares iscounseling practice with his wife Judy. They are the parents of three grown children and reside inMinneapolis, MN. Contributor Bio:  Williams, Arthur Arthur Williams has worked with the Intermediate Technology Development Group on micro-hydro since 1987. He completed a Ph. D. at Nottingham Trent University on the use of pumps as turbines and continues to work there as a Senior Research Fellow. He has his own engineering consultancy, Hydro-Active Engineering, and has worked in Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Guyana.
