Contributor Bio:  Rooke, John John Rooke has over 30 years experience in the motor trade trained at a main dealer he then took the opportunity to enter teaching as an instructor in a private training school, teaching practical skills. In 1999 he became a lecturer at Cambridge Regional College teaching Automotive Engineering to learners from Entry level to level 3, he presently has an additional role of supporting engineering staff to improve teaching and learning. During the past 9 years he has been the colleges IMI centre coordinator enabling him to keep fully up to date with qualification and assessment requirements.
