I've written this book as an account of my 25 years as an addict to multiple substance and behavioral dependencies. It's a story about how I was eventually able to overcome them by applying wisdom's I've discovered concerning the human mind. The subject of Addiction and Recovery really hits home for me, as I've suffered much loss due to my different vices. It's because of that suffering, I desire to hopefully help others not to have to suffer or possibly die, as many do, as the result of their addiction. What I'll show you is a little different and isn't necessarily based upon any traditional recovery programs, at least none I've ever known. What I'll reveal to you has truly worked for me and has changed who I am as husband, a father and as Man! I hope to guide you in discovering how you're able to change who you've become as well.
