When Otis became sick, Freddy became bored. Short on toys and attention, he did the only thing he knew to keep busy; he plucked his feathers. Rescued and taken to the Bird Fair, he is adopted by Abby Weathermore, mother to two teenagers with an assortment of particular, peculiar, persnickety pets.
