King Solomon's Mines Rider Haggard

At the end of the 19th century, Haggard placed Allan Quatermain, the elephant hunter, enlisted on a journey bristling with difficulties in search of the portentous mines of King Solomon. A succession of dangers, caused by nature, wild animals or natives - who do not understand the idolatry of whites by stones - will get in their way. From all this, an essential question arises: if the materialistic and obsessed "civilization" of money will not be in the background wildest than these bellicose tribes lost in the heart of the jungle.
