After her brother's death, Reagan Lyons is taken in by the young Duke of Redding eventually becoming his first mate. She is eager to set her own course and he is eager to see her settle down. After years sailing together, it's time for him to set down roots in London or give up his title to his brother. Seeing that the ton of London will soon be taking her captain, she looks to build a future of her own. Stubborn to the core, both of them have to struggle with new feelings, pirates, and long lost relatives that will either help them grow together or help them set sail apart forever.
