Fear, anxiety, one of the perilous, most destructive emotions humankind can experience, isn't it? Nearly 70% of the population experiences anxiety on a daily basis, 20% of those people battle with severe anxiety. It can tear down the largest dreams and shatter the smallest hopes. Journey with me as I take you on a little adventure I had back in November 2018 from Canada to Florida via a spontaneous vacation gifted to me and my sister from out long-forgotten father. As someone who has done the crime of letting my sub-conscious mind take ofter my life, I spent years and years in prison....a mental prison. In my prison, I have developed paralyzing social anxiety and enough fears that will make even the toughest gorilla out there in the wild cower in a tree. Traveling, let alone meeting someone seemed like an absolute impossibility to me let alone eating in public, playing in public, or sleeping next to someone. Enjoyment seemed like a fantasy.
