This book presents a collection of 20 poems which focus on different emotional states. This book takes the readers on an exciting, compelling, turbulent and yet extremely relatable journey in which the nuances of each emotional experience unfold. Through this book, the poet, attempts to remove the shame that often envelopes conversations centered on emotional experiences and seeks to provide the readers with a vocabulary to describe their feelings and a medium to engage with their own emotions.
