The Orb of Genoa is so powerful people are willing to kill for it. Lost for decades, the orb has resurfaced and is being hotly pursued by the rival gangsters. The orb is the key to summoning a powerful demon on the magical night known as The Eve of the Dragon. Once summoned the dragon can grant unlimited favors if it is pleased. Three American surgeons leave for a well-deserved month long vacation in Italy celebrating the completion of their medical boards. They want nothing more than to lie on the beach and relax. Unbeknownst to them, a lost piece of the orb is scheduled to arrive at the same time, a few days before the Eve of the Dragon. One of the surgeons is kidnapped by local gangsters and forced to perform plastic surgery on drug mules smuggling drugs and other items on their person. One item is a priceless emerald orb with magical properties. Uncertain the gangster will let the surgeon live after he finishes the job, the doctor steals the magical orb and makes a run for it. Soon all three surgeons find themselves caught in a murderous crossfire between rival gangsters, evil wizards, and a dragon all of whom are seeking the magical orb before the Eve of the Dragon. One doctor finds true love and another learns that the demon has been pursuing him since he was a child preparing him for this night. Can these doctors stay alive long enough to evade the gangsters and unlock the secrets of the orb in time to survive the Eve of the Dragon?
