This Manual promulgates a revision of the Coast Guard Air Operations Manual. It prescribes policy, standards, instructions and capabilities pertinent to all phases of Coast Guard flight operations and is intended for use by operational commanders, unit commanding officers, aircrews tasked with operations, as well as customers of Coast Guard aviation. Why buy a book you can download for free? We print the paperback book so you don't have to. First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy).
