I have gone through many testing and trials, and though my faith was greatly challenged, God's grace kept me. I was able to find the strength to trust Him, but the real test came when I suddenly lost my mother. The trauma of my loss took me to a very low point in my life and I wondered if I could still trust God. During my trial, God still had me ministering to and praying for His people in the midst of the storm and He showed me that no matter what, He is still a faithful God.



Even in death, my mother is still an inspiration for my faith in God, so I was inspired to write this devotional to encourage those who are going through trials to never let go of your faith in God. I will leave this Scripture with you as you begin your journey through the pages of this book: "If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself." (2 Timothy 2:13).
