In July 2016, Steve was quite suddenly diagnosed with terminal cancer. In the 6 weeks of his battle, I changed. I finally allowed myself to love another human being in the deepest way possible. After his passing, I had this realization that he wasn't so far away. Often, it felt as if he would come up behind me and wrap me in a huge bear hug. Somehow, in losing him, I became aware of just how close our loved ones are to us. Through deep meditation, and purely by creating space for him in my everyday life, our relationship continued. Of course it went through an evolutionary process, but by allowing him to be active in my life, we formed a connection that remains today. No longer is he that fragile human. He is now pure Source Energy as he comes through to me with his sweet words of wisdom. The most important thing he has taught me is that I am so much more than I thought I was, and so are you. He taught me how to look more deeply within my own self to find the path to my own inner sanctuary of love and wisdom. That is what this book is all about.
