When an ancient enemy resurfaces, battle lines are drawn and morality becomes blurred. Both damaged and seeking revenge Violet and Marcus are forced to join forces as they take a bloody ride through a dystopian future city leaving the evil around them dead in their wake. Even if they succeed in saving both the future and the past there will be a price to pay. Isn't there always?
