Most Christians, especially the most religious, usually ask themselves why they dedicate themselves so much to prayer and obedience to the liturgies of the worship of God and hardly receive answers to their supplications and petitions. Some go further and even demand from him his faithfulness in giving tithes and offerings in the temple, without being rewarded with this, as promised by the Most High in the Scriptures, as we read in Malachi 3:10. However, what they do not understand is that the same God who promised to bless them, also guaranteed to cover their ears and not hear the cry of his people anymore, in case they committed acts that grieved his Spirit. In this work the author explains, even briefly, how to present himself before the Lord and receive from him everything we ask of him
