My 30-Day Journey of Spiritual Self-Discovery is a journal for teens and young adults to sort out their feelings and discover themselves. 2020 was a difficult time for many teens. Some teens and even adults may still be experiencing mixed emotions about life, school, relationships, sexuality, and family. There are some youths who are displaying the effects of growing up yet are not taking on the responsibility of their age. This book will encourage teens to stand up, claim their heritage as children of God, be persons of strong courage, demonstrate traits of faith, and be the one to make a difference in their world, their environment, their community, and in their home! While on the 30-Day journey, the content of the book will direct the reader to focus themselves and their energy on their personal transition and growth while encouraging them to be aware of their surroundings and community. The reader will find that if there are any signs of existing negative behaviors, feelings of insecurity, anxiousness, or anything that is controlling their thoughts that releasing those emotions will be critical to shifting perspective and discovering their true self while on this personal 30-Day journey. Last but not least, this books is a reminder to teens and adults as well that no matter what they are going through in life that God is in control and that He is there to protect and guide them as they welcome each day. Overall this book will enable the reader to be able to connect or reconnect with God, spend time in prayer or learn to pray, become more familiar with reading Bible scriptures, and lastly it will give the reader time to encourage themselves and monitor their own personal and/or spiritual growth.
