I have learned to surround myself with nothing but positive energy. I AM Healed Walking In Faith. You are what you eat, you are your thoughts, you are what you surround yourself with. After multiple health issues and diagnoses, I was told by my physician that I should get ready to plan my funeral. God gave me a second chance and I rediscovered life. I had to realize that there was a higher power who had the final say-so over my life.
Once I realized that through prayer, meditation and changes in my diet, things turned around for me. You are what you speak, along with your thoughts. Everything starts in your mind first. I saw progress mentally, physically, and spiritually when I started speaking things into the Universe.
