A Further Collection of Poems Written To Make You Smile, Cry, Laugh or Think! Hywel Griffiths says the main aim in his writing has been to give hope to anyone newly diagnosed with the terrible burden of Parkinson's Disease and that there is hope for a future that they felt had been snatched away from them. He hopes that this his third book of inspirational poems illustrate what can be achieved simply through a positive outlook on life, and with a favourite phrase- "Be the Best One Can Be." The author hopes these poems convey a zest and love for life. It's not always easy, and he feels thankful and privileged to have been able to do a job as a policeman that he love so much.
