Set thirty years in the future, the president of the United States, George Tower II, decides to invade the breakaway Republic of American States (ROAS) to reunify the nation and surreptitiously capture an outlawed technology needed for world domination.

After using the assassination of his vice president as pretense for war, Tower masses two armored brigades outside the ROAS border city of Mesquite, Nevada.

Outgunned and outnumbered, ROAS General Story has only a single battalion protecting the city.

The vicious Battle of Mesquite ensues.
