What would our American President do when he finds out that terrorist have nuclear warheads on our soil and intend to use them. It all starts when a Soviet Nuclear Missile Submarine is found floating abandoned off the coast of Florida. When boarded by the US Coast Guard they fine several dead bodies and no crew. Towed to Norfolk Naval yard the US Navy discovers there are missing nuclear warheads and a small stash of gold. Where is the crew and more importantly where is the missing warheads?
