Felicity Grimes, the unsuspecting manager of Serenity Quays, is starting to wake up to the fact that something is amiss in her retirement heaven. After a resident is busted by the police for selling sex drugs and another is investigated for spiking drinks, Felicity is ready to get to the bottom of an improbable plot. But panic sets in as even more tenants are accused of voyeurism, murdering pets, and finally a biker gang tries to buy condos in the resort. There are gangsters, scandals, elopements, and other strange behavior as well as something sinister lurking in the waterways of the resort in Neil McInnes' satire of a greedy developer and his offbeat tenants.
