Tulsa may no longer be the "Oil Capital of the World," but in Oil & Vinegar we still celebrate its diverse culture and cuisine with stories about its history and a collection of recipes that are sure to help you strike it rich in your own kitchen.

Oil & Vinegar contains over 250 recipes, which were selected from over 2,000 submissions.

The beautiful cover art is by Otto Duecker, a nationally recognized artist who resides in Tulsa.
