He is also Presiding Bishop of the International Communion of Christian Churches, founder and President Emeritus of Calvary International, Chairman of the Board of Teen Mania Ministries, and a board member of the Mali Vai Washington Foundation. Dr. Williams holds multiple degrees, including a D. Min. from Covington Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Sharon, have four children and two grandchildren.
