Topographical Dictionary of 2885 English Emigrants to New England, 1620-1650 Charles E. Banks

This "Dictionary" comprises genealogical records of nearly 3,000 emigrants, giving their English homes, names of ships in which they sailed, towns in which they settled in New England, and references to the printed or manuscript sources from which the information derived. In collecting data for this work, Col. Banks made seven visits to England, searching the records of nearly 2,000 parishes in order to connect the New England immigrants with their native parishes.
