Contributor Bio: Dittmer, Lowell Yufan Hao is assistant professor of political science at Colgate University. He is the coeditor of "China's Foreign Policy Making: Societal Forces and Chinese American Policy," C. X. George Wei is professor of law in the Lee Kong Chian School of Law at Singapore Management University. He is the author of several books, including "The Law of Copyright in Singapore." Lowell Dittmer is professor of political science at the University of California at Berkeley. He has authored numerous publications and is coeditor of "China's Deep Reform: Domestic Politics in Transition." Contributor Bio: Kim, Samuel S Samuel S.
