Richard A. Jespersen is a graduate of Luther-Northwestern Theological Seminary (M. Div.) and North Dakota State University (M. S. in Education, Guidance and Counseling). He was the Central Colorado Regional Director for Lutheran Social Services prior to becoming the pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Big Sandy, Montana.
