In addition to his work in industry, Brian has been a lecturer in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management Department at California State University, Northridge since 2008. Brian holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has written and presented numerous papers on Systems Engineering, including a work on requirements process that was presented at the IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference in 2007.
