Just as Paul, the former commander of the elite All Arms Unit was beginning to settle into retirement, events, not for the first time, decreed otherwise. Wide spread attacks on commanders of anti-terrorist units threatened to totally destabilise the intelligence communities of much of the developed world. As to who was behind these attacks, there were few clues. Taking out the squads of strange 'hit men' was hard enough, getting at those behind it all was another matter.
