Design and Technology in Today's World: A First Look introduces primary students to the building blocks of Design and Technology (D& T). These building blocks help us to understand the design and technologies processes. These processes enable individuals to use the same building blocks to solve problems in their daily lives with a view to the future. The building blocks are presented as eight units of study and supported by activity sheets.
