Fress with Sless is a collection of 12 recipes - accompanied by 12 quirky and original illustrations.
These are some of my favourite recipes for you to savour. They come from years working as a chef, time spent at the kitchen bench raising my kids and meals made and shared with family and friends for Jewish holidays like Rosh Hashana and Passover.
The illustrations are by my eldest daughter Ruby, who, ever since she was very little, has been magically creating a whole host of quirky characters.
For each recipe, I've suggested music and drinks as extra ingredients, if you will, to enjoy during the cooking and eating.
To Fress is to eat, to snack and to nosh - often.
