Each chef representing their own ethnic cuisines including Zulu, Indian, Xhosa, Cape Malay, Afrikaans, San, Southern Sotho, English, Tsonga, Northern Sotho Pedi, Ndebele, and Swati dishes. The initiative, a collaboration with the chefs and Rotary e-Club of greater Cape Town. All contributing to the benefit of South African poverty relief funding and community projects.
