Josette returns home from work at 5 a.m. to discover that the past three years with her husband has been a lie. Her husband reveals that he is gay and in love with another man, and wants a divorce. Josette's marriage is shattered and her life is in shambles. She is going through rough times and is living in a fog; a state of surrealism, when her best friend rescues her and sends her to an island getaway. Here she meets Brandon and falls in love.
