A civilian yacht, a special dog and Ketchikan locals are drawn into the fast-paced search that ultimately includes an internationally infamous Russian spy. The story is based on factual events, and the author deftly weaves these events into a unique adventure for each of the characters. Names, dates and locations have been altered to protect the privacy of the individuals involved.
