This is a heartwarming story of Chair as he narrates his life, starting with his first memory of sitting in a furniture warehouse store. From being discouraged to happy, his life becomes a rollercoaster ride. It starts when he's taken to his "forever home" where he becomes best friends with a young boy named Toby. A new mischievous puppy adds to the adventures. However, changes start to occur as Toby grows older and Chair is afraid he's no longer wanted.
