This book is intended to show that with any form of abuse, you must recognize your threshold, stand up for yourself, and NOT allow any abuser of ANY type to manipulate or enslave your consciousness to accept abuse. Why not? According to Genesis 1:26 and Psalms 139:14, YOU were created by GOD, which means you are wonderfully and beautifully made. Nothing should be allowed to mess with that!

Whether this book helps one person or 100 people to get help, then it's worth exposing my personal experiences. It doesn't matter whether it's the verbally abused or the abuser, both can get help through counseling.
