Lovespirations Ann Lister

Lovespirations is a compilation of writings and reflections regarding Ann's experiences and self-care practices. Ann calls these reflective writings love-notes. The love-notes were created in 2018 during her chaplain residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, Texas. She wrote them for the nurses on the two floors where where she ministered as a reminder to practice self-care. Ann shared her love notes with family and friends and after reading them, they encouraged her to turn them into publications. She is grateful for an opportunity to share with others what she has discovered and learned about God, Life, and Self-Care.
