The tween years; the period between adolescent and young womanhood can be both an exciting and troublesome time for many young girls as they are moving from being a girl to a teenager and to young adulthood. While, parents cannot stop puberty from happening there are many resources, strategies and techniques that parents can employ to ensure that this potentially turbulence time is one of joy and excitement; that lays out a sound future for the young women that is filled with love of self, respect, dignity and self-worth.
